What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. If you email us, we receive what you send. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss work you ask about. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Who sees it

Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own site. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
